Excuses... Excuses.

Now that I am revisiting my blog I want to simply fill in why there have been no updates since August of last year. The summer is nice for a teacher they have time to do the things that they did not do during the school year. But to give you all (the 5 of you who look at this blog) the list of what the past 10 months have been like.

Field trips and finishing the school year occupy most all of my time
Marika starts Music Directing Les Miserable for this summer.
Agility training continues with Coralee.
I turn 30
I start Geocaching as a way to walk more with the dogs and explore more fun places and things.

So now that I have filled you in I am starting two spin off blogs and we will see where they go.
The first is: Caching PWDs
http://cachingpwds.blogspot.com/
This will be focused on the adventures and misadventures of Coralee, SASE and I as we learn about Geocaching.
The second is: Mr. Kraus' 8th grade science blog
http://mrkraussciencepage.blogspot.com/
This is pretty self explanatory. But I am going to see if I can get students involved in thinking about science every once in a while outside of school and in their regular lives.
This will truly be an experiment. I thought about making this a video blog but I don't know if it will work.

Anyways I have written a whole bunch and I don't even know how many people will be reading this.
Enjoy
